    The application surface should be rigid, and free from oil, grease, paint, loose plaster or any other dirt particles, Dampen the wall before application of plaster

  • Mixing

    Pour 6-7 liters of potable water in a clean container and then add 1 bag (40 kg) of MAC Ready Mix Plaster. Pour 6-7 liters of potable water in a clean container and then add 1 bag (40 kg) of MAC Ready Mix Plaster.

    It can be mixed by hand. Use of mechanical mixer or electrical stirrer is recommended for better results. Mixing should be done for 5- 10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment. Leave the mix to slake for 5- 10 min and remix before use.

  • Application

    The mixture should be applied within one hour of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it's recommended that the surface is made rough for better sticking of the plaster layer.

    In normal weather, MAC Ready Mix Plaster doesn't need watering for the first 24 hours. After the plaster is completely dry, curing should be done 2 - 3 times for 2 - 3 days. In abnormal weather conditions, curing for 5-7 days is required

  • Always add powder to liquid and not liquid to powder.
  • After adding water in MAC Ready Mix plaster it should be used within 1 hours.
  • MAC Ready Mix plaster is not a replacement for waterproof membranes. When a waterproof membrane is required, use a RAPID REPAIR for the same.

MAC Ready Plast just needs to be cured for 1 time which depending upon the weather condition. Unlike conventional plaster which requires curing of 3 times a day for 20-25 days, MAC Ready Plast just needs to be cured for 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days depending upon the weather condition.
MAC Ready Mix Plaster is formulated in a manner that it can be applied on Internal as well as External walls, without any on-site Modification.
MAC Ready Mix Plaster can be applied with ease on AAC Blocks, Red Clay Bricks, Fly Ash Bricks, Hollow Core Blocks as well as RCC Surfaces.
MAC Ready Mix Plaster is a Polymer Modified factory mixed plaster, which doesn’t require on-site mixing except with water.
