
RUFF Coat
MAC Wall Putty specially designed product based on white cement, redispersable polymer and functional additives, to give a smooth finish to rough exterior plasters. It can be used on interior as well as exterior surfaces like cement plasters, asbestos sheets, concrete, and brickwork. Using MAC FINE Coat for your wall offers many advantages – both during the bonding process and following installation.

About Wall Putty RUFF Coat
- Our MAC Wall Putty are compatible with a wide range of substrates:
- Applying MAC Wall Putty on wall internally
- Applying MAC Wall Putty on wall externally
- Applying MAC Wall Putty for Ceiling
- Suitable for apply MAC Wall Putty for wall & Ceiling.

- Easy mixing & application
- MAC Wall Putty meets the adhesion requirements of IS 15477 : 2004 Specification
- Ensure that surface is totally clean
- Ensure that surface plastered or made with cementitious material.
- The surface should be moderately rough and in just-wet condition.
- Apply 1st coat of MAC Wall Putty (1.5 mm thickness) using a blade / spatula on the wall with a "bottom to up" configuration.
- Apply 2nd coat of MAC Wall Putty (1.0 mm thickness) preferably after 4 hours in summers and after 12 hours in winters. Second coat shall be applied "horizontally" to even out application marks of 1st coat, if any.
- Remove putty paste again for 1 minute, if it is left undisturbed for 30 minutes.
- However, actual coverage achieved depends on the base surface condition and finished thickness.
- Always add powder to liquid and not liquid to powder.
- While working in temperature more than 35OC ( 95OF ) always dampen the substrate & finish faster.
- Tiling should not be done when surface temperature is below 4OC.
